Claudia Ortiz Cardenas, M.D., earned her medical degree from Universidad de La Sabana in Colombia in 2002 and completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Jersey in 2011. She brings a range of clinical experience both in the community health and hospital settings to Women’s Obstetrics & Gynecology, most recently serving as an Associate OB-GYN Attending Physician at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. In addition, Dr. Ortiz Cardenas has worked as a Research Scholar in the Division of Gynecologic Oncology Research at New York University School of Medicine, and is a regular presenter at industry conferences and events. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
